Services: Support & Training
bitINFOTECH provides support & training for services rendered to the client as per pre-agreed contract with or without fees. bitINFOTECH provides the Customer's end users with training on the agreed standard PC desktop computing environment at pre defined venue or through online / telecommunication services.

Support / Training covers the information and skills required by end users to use and exploit the facilities of the agreed PC desktop & covers the product set of the agreed PC desktop for the services rendered.
bitINFOTECH will review the user feedback as agreed with the Customer, to monitor the quality of support / services and to identify improvement required to support services.
bitINFOTECH will be responsible for maintaining the support services and keeping it up to date with product versions in use in the agreed standard PC desktop computing environment. bitINFOTECH will also incorporate improvements to support services, using agreed procedures.
On-Site Support
bitINFOTECH will set up support facilities on the Customer's site using facilities and standard PC desktop systems supplied by the Customer. bitINFOTECH will configure the standard PC desktop systems as necessary to deliver the support / training services. bitINFOTECH then carries out the training. If necessary, bitINFOTECH will arrange for the supply of PC desktop equipment required during the provision of the service.
